WW1 Hospital Ship PLASSY

October 30, 2011

I have been trying to search for any information on the WW1 Hospital Ship PLASSY. I beleive that my Grandfather  - Dr A E Iles,  was a surgeon Captain serving on that ship, He also met my Grandmother ( a nurse) on board. My Grandfather was an amateur photograher and I have a number of photograhs taken during the war onboard. I also have a silver match box cover engraved with Plassy. Your site so far is the only oneI can find with any mention of
this ship.

If there is any one who has any more information I would be really grateful.

Alastair Iles.
