Leading Seamen McGurty who was on the Gloster Castle when it was sunk

Hi there,

I am trying to research my grand father, Leading Seamen McGurty who was on the Gloster Castle when it was sunk by the german raider Michel and was then interned in a pow camp by the apanesse to which I have his metal prison tags, if you could maybe be of any help with maybe web sites ,etc
