Joe Tulip and the stuka attack on HMS Esperance Bay

My father sailed on this ship was in the royal naval sick birth and laid out the bodies of the men after the stuka attack on this ship his name was joe tulip same as mine and he is now deceased he also took photographs which i have at present mislaid and he was also in the rescue of the guys who were at sea on a raft after being blown out the water by a u boat. If you have any contact details of any other relatives whose family sailed on this ship then please let me  know.
